Angela Bobo – Moderator + FGIDC Board

As the digital strategist and social media manager for TAA PR , Angela Bobo focuses on dispersing content online and through social platforms that shapes a client’s identity, connects them to the consumer and helps them effectively reach their business goals. Prior to joining the agency, she was the fashion editor for Northern Virginia Magazine, responsible for conceptualizing editorial content both online and in print.








Ambyr Hanks – Panelist + FGIDC Board

Ambyr Hanks is the founder and blogger for The Written Runway, as well as the Content Marketing Manager at HZDG. After graduating from the Fashion Institute of Design in Merchandising, Ambyr’s career began working in the entertainment industry as a celebrity stylist. After 3 years of celebrity styling she continued to expand her love for content and style working as a ghostwriter, blogger and social media manager for other stylists and brands. The Written Runway was built as a creative platform for Ambyr to share her styling eye, personal experiences and content partnerships. In tandem with The Written Runway, Ambyr’s role on HZDG’s Content Studio is to help strategize and execute on brand campaigns and influencer marketing initiatives.












Sarah Phillips – Panelist

Founder, Sarah Phillips, started out as a Fashion and Lifestyle Blogger 4 years ago, with blog 52 Thursdays, and continues to create high-end digital content for her blog and many other lifestyle-focused brands and businesses while residing in Washington, DC. Her knowledge and dedication to fitness has landed her many partnerships with top activewear brands and also as the Fashion and Beauty Editor of Strong Fitness Magazine. She knows the ins and outs of working with bloggers, influencers, PR agencies and is excited to create engaging new content that will grab your audience’s attention.










Heloise McKee – Panelist

Heloise McKee Mitchell is the founder and lead designer of the online home decor boutique, Mintwood Home. From curating pieces for her online marketplace to offering personal interior design services, Heloise is fully immersed in the DMV design and creative community. While studying for her masters in special education, The Washington Post approached her about doing a story on her rental apartment, which she transformed into a beautiful, budget-friendly retreat. Soon after the story ran she traded in her chalkboard for a job working with a top DC design firm. Heloise’s business savvy and creative instincts have allowed her to grow Mintwood Home and pursue her passion for design.
